RETURNS

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF MERCHANDISE ARRIVAL DATE FOR DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY.
AFTER 14 DAYS, UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. AGAIN, IF WE RECEIVE A PACKAGE THAT IS POSTMARKED AFTER THE 14 DAY MARK, WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND.
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH IT WAS RECEIVED.
TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND EMAIL US AT UPANDAWAYBYME@GMAIL.COM AND FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE PROVIDED.



 
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

ONCE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE IS RECEIVED, WE WILL INSPECT THE ITEM AND CONTINUE TO PROCESS THE RETURN. PLEASE ALLOW 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING.
IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE FINALIZED AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD OR THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. 
PLEASE NOTE THAT SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.




LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND YET, PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT. IT MAY TAKE UP TO 72 HOURS TO SHOW UP ON YOUR BANK STATEMENT, SO PLEASE CHECK FREQUENTLY.
IF IT HAS BEEN OVER 72 HOURS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. IT MAY TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED. THERE IS OFTEN SOME PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.
